  I had this company out because my air conditioning was not blowing cold anymore. The technician showed up late and was in a hurry to leave from the get go.
  
  He connected his meter to my air conditioner and showed that there wasn't any coolant in the unit. Big surprise since it wasn't blowing cold air anymore. I then asked him if he could check the system for a leak but he "didn't have the equipment" with him to perform that job. He said he could put some coolant in the system but I told him not to since it would be a waste of money if there was a leak. Speaking of a waste of money, I asked him for what they would charge for the coolant and OMG their prices were INSANE.
  
  Then when there was nothing left for him to do he told me I needed to call the office to reschedule a visit to check for a leak (didn't offer to call and set it up himself, no I had to call), and then proceeded to tell me their was a $95 "service charge" or "diagnostic charge" I had to pay for his visit even though all he did was tell me what I already knew... That there was no coolant in the system.
  
  Will never deal with this company again. Steer clear, there are much better choices out there.

  Just used Spring Grove Heating for the first time. They were out within 2 hours and solved the problem within 1/2 hour. Their prices were reasonable $65.00 diagnostic and a grand total of 110.00. Thank u Spring Grove Heating!!

  Was told there was no charge for checking service, then several months later received a threatening letter on non-payment - told them I did not appreciate their tone - they verified that that was the first bill they had ever sent me but still was in a threatening tone. Will never use them again.
