  This Panera Bread is the best. No matter how busy/ hectic the place gets, the staff is always smiling, friendly, and super efficient.
  Yesterday, the staff at this prime location went out of their way to help me. I spaced on picking up a rapid pick-up order for 2pm that I placed over the weekend because I knew I'd be at the doctor all day. I realized I forgot to pick up my order at 5pm so I called the store to explain the situation and see if they had held it for me. Instead, the woman I spoke with told me to come in and they would remake it fresh for me. I came in at 6:30pm, during full dinner rush, and they quickly remade my order. The gentleman at the counter was super understanding and never stopped smiling :) and the manager on duty executed my order remake in mere minutes and literally hunted me down in the restaurant to deliver my order. I must admit the reason she had to look for me was because I was intrigued by the prickly pear tea so I wondered to the end of the line and the gentlemen making food (for a fully packed restaurant) offered to let me sample the tea. This place honestly just has exceptional service and the food is always on point. I'll be bummed to leave this Panera when I move downtown.
