  The workouts are amazing! Everyday that you come in there is different workout and the coaches push you to your max and are very supportive and helpful through the whole time. The workout itself is nice because anyone at any exercise level can always do it. The coaches and staff are always extremely kind and supportive! There’s no other gym as amazing as Orangetheory Glenview!!

  Best workout ever. Instructors are enthusuastic and attentive. It's a great regimen to improve your stamina and get into shape. Dig the dim, orange lights. Plus, the equipment is very top notch. Treadmills have a bounce/ shock absorbers on them and are very gentle in the knees.

  I can’t motivate myself to workout at a gym. And I don’t like most group workouts because everyone is supposed to do the same thing at the same time (I’m usually behind!). But at orange theory, there is a coach who pushes me. And I am working at my personal best, so while it is a group class, we aren’t all staring in the mirror doing the same moves. I have become stronger and faster by working out there.

  It’s one less thing to think about. I can just show up and be told what to do and feel good afterwards! It blends running- which I love and weights, which I can never find the time to do.
