  I called two weeks in advance to schedule a simple move of a 10x10 storage unit into a 10x20 unit in the same storage facility. I scheduled it for a two hour window on Friday from 10 to noon. At 10:30 after no one had called or shown up yet I called to check the status. I was then informed they couldn't make it until 1:30pm which didn't work for me at all. I then rescheduled for the following Monday at 4pm. When I showed up at 4 o'clock I was greeted by two kind gentleman with NO moving truck to move my unit! I then called to complain and was informed that's what I had asked for. DEFINITELY NOT. How do you charge a truck and destination fee if you show up with no truck?? The movers themselves were wonderful; but it took three attempts and cost me at least an extra hundred bucks because of their miscommunication and lack of management coordination. Will not be using them ever again.

  The guys showed in time and very courteous...not to mention very funny and personable. No one likes moving so the made the day a lot less stressful. Would defiantly recommend them to all.
