  Oil change was completed. But not completely. I consider placing a oil change sticker on my windshield part of that. I’m old school. That was not done for the second time in a row. Please send me a sticker. It helps me keep track. See you in 3-5000 miles

  The entire process was aggravating. I came in knowing the truck I wanted and had already negotiated the price with a salesman. I'm not sure if they just didn't care or they are really that inefficient but the took over 4 hours to write it up and they knew I was coming with my wife and new born. I feel like a seasons car salesman could've started the process ahead of time knowing that I was on my way in at a specific time so we weren't there until close.
  
  After finally escaping, they forgot to send me the paperwork and tax information to get my license plate until after the temporary plate expired (I live in Indiana). I called several times to remind them and was assured that "it was in mail already".
  
  Also, I've had to constantly nag them to pay off the loan on the car I traded in. It's been over a month and a half now and still not paid off due to late fees on the payments. I wouldn't care but the loan is still in my name.
  
  I wouldn't trust them to change my oil and certainly won't be recommending them to anyone. Ever.
