  RUN AWAY from this store! Their manager and staff are so incredibly RUDE.
  
  I would give negative star if we could. Does this place really know what is customer service ? We reserved a SUV, but they delivered a smaller car to us. At the time, we had to accept it because we do need a car to go to work. Ryan Hairst** promised that we can come back and switch to a SUV on Saturday and said he will call us by 11AM.
  
  On Saturday, Ryan Hairston did not call us at all. We called him and he put us on hold for 20 minutes without saying a word. Since it is only 5 minutes drive from our house, we went their to check whether the SUV is ready. He said I know why you are here. When we entered the store and left for other things. We had thought he went back to get the SUV ready. However, after another 10 more minutes when we asked him again, he said they do not have the SUV. So, you were telling us you just ignored us for 10 minutes while we waited for you ?
  
  Say yes if you have the car, say no if you don't. Is that difficult ?! Why waste people's time. If you are too lazy to call, do not promise it. Show some respect to your clients who you get your salary from. Didn't your company teach you while you put your client on hold you need to let them know you are still working on their case every couple minutes to show your respect and appreciation of their patience ?!!
  
  We complained to their branch manager Jamal. He interrupted us right before we even started to let him know what happened and said his employee was right. He believed that sending client a confirmation for a SUV but did not have SUVs to deliver is nothing wrong. He also believed that having client on hold for 20 minutes or ignoring a cloient who was waiting for them deserves a sorry.

  Car selection is small. The wait time to get a car is too long. If there's one customer ahead of you it could take 15 minutes or so. Online it shows they have a lot of selections but when you go to the store the story is different. Customer service was good.
